Fourteen board members attended this Zoom meeting.

Committee Chair Reports:

Secretary: Catherine read January’s minutes

Treasurer: Bruce reported a total of 94, exceeding our goal of 80 and we had 78 last year. We have an actual YTD income of $4,385and expenses of $3,298 which results in a current operating profit of $1,087 and a total balance of $7,416.

Other Reports:

Programming: Ron Wyatt wants a poll to see where people want to travel. We can send it out in Mail Chimp. 

Cable Release: Sherm made a new block editor template. 

Nominations and Selections Committee:  Still need a secretary.

Field Trips: It was decided to wait to cancel the trip to PA until March. 

Website, Meetup, Facebook, Twitter: No report

Competition: Draft for judging protocols was presented by Larry. Sherm and Pete will proof it. 

The question of beginners asking questions of the judges is tabled for now. 

Membership: From the survey, we discussed meeting next year, investigating hybrid options, and voting to require masks for meetings. We will make decisions later based on CDC and MOCO guidelines. At this time, most members prefer masks for meetings. 

Photo Forum: Have to meet to set the agenda.

Other Topics:  

 Dennis will be out the first two weeks of June. Karen will be out June 4-11.  This will affect the Year-End event.
