On October 15, several SSCC members met at the 55th Annual Rockville Antique and Classic Car Show, held at the Rockville Civic Center Park on Edmonston Drive. While the show officially opened to spectators at 11:00 a.m., we photographers got there early. The cars began pouring in at 8:30 a.m.. More than 550 cars were estimated to have been there, including SSCC member Nick Williams’s black Jaguar! Other members that were spotted were Bob Catlett, Michael Koren, and Dennis Freeman. It was a glorious sunny day, which means that we had some tough contrast challenges.
Next year, the event will be held on October 21.
