Secretary:  Minutes of the November 2023 meeting were read.

Treasurer:(Bruce)

Report: Membership total to 80- exactly the number we finished with last year. We have 12 new versus 11 new at this time last year. 

The rent was paid.  Paperwork for the audit were given to Dennis and Frank. 

Income: Current total in checking account: $8,258.00

Expenses to date: $3,010.

Income to date: $4,206.00

We are projecting to breakeven.

Competition:    Karen Finkelman wanted to address the roles of being a cochair. There was an issue of a duplicate entry for the competition and wanted to know if that was in role definition to handle that.  It was determined it was as a cochair.  She is deciding if she want to continue in that capacity. 

Membership:  Discussed the possibility of an intermediate division. We will research what the membership thinks by asking on our google groups, photo Forum. 

Photo Forum: In December the three presentations will include:  Color grading in LR by Tanya and Steve Harvey will give a presentation on Polar Bears. The discussion topics are : What do you enjoy shooting in winter?  Outdoors?  Indoors?

Other Topics:

Former members in the Google Group – Keep them.
