Marvin Tupper Jones: Building a Mixed Race Community – Current through March 31

An acclaimed photojournalist and historian, the exhibit spans 1851 to 1973 and takes the viewer from the antebellum time through the Civil War, Reconstruction, Jim Crow and the modern Civil Rights eras.

Not an Ostrich: And Other Images from America’s Library, through Fall 2024
“Four hundred images from 1839 to the present day, selected from the library’s collection of 14 million photographs, trace the medium’s evolution from daguerreotypes to digital images with an emphasis on the range of subjects in the collection and moments in history described as glorious, gut-wrenching and more.”

Duty, Honor, Country: Antebellum Portraits of West Pointers, through June 9, 2024

Showcases pre-Civil War photographs depicting notable people who trained at West Pont, including Ulysses S. Grant, George Armstrong Custer, and “Stonewall” Jackson.
