Thirteen board members attended this Zoom meeting.

Committee Chair Reports:

Secretary: Catherine read December’s minutes.

Treasurer: Bruce reported a total of 86 members, exceeding our goal of 80. We had 68 at this time last year. We have an actual YTD income of $4,215 and expenses of $2,930, which result in a current operating profit of $1,285 and a total balance of $7,616.

Vice President:  Dennis gave a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation on the audit committee’s findings.  There were no significant anomalies.  There were a few recommendations for next year and this year’s audit went very smoothly.  

Other Reports:

Programming: We have all our speakers and judges.

Cable Release: Sherm reported some issues with different versions of the WordPress editor.  Sherm will redo the WordPress template for the March newsletter. 

Nominations and Selections Committee:  Still need a Secretary.

Field Trips: It was decided to wait to cancel the trip to PA until February. 

Website, Meetup, Facebook, Twitter: No report

Competition: No Report

Membership: We need to set up Survey Monkey to send the survey. Dennis will research it. 

Other Topics:  

 Pete will practice Zoom’s capacity to poll for feedback during meetings.
