Treasurer: Reported 12 new members with a total of 86, exceeding our goal of 80 and we had 65 last year. We have an actual ytd income of $4,081 and expenses of $2,351 which results in a current operating profit of $1,730 and a total balance of $7,883.

The audit committee is still discussing their review findings and will set a date to produce the finalized report. 

Other Reports:

Programming: We have all our speakers and judges.

Cable Release: Sherm would like to find a helper.

Nominations and Selections Committee:  Still need a Secretary and CR assistant.

Field Trips: Covid surge so no indoor field trips will be planned this Spring. There is no field trip in January, but we have extended trips planned through the summer. 

Membership: We need to set up Survey Monkey to send the survey. Dennis will research it. 

Other Topics:  PSA is having a 5- year digital sale 

 MPA is featuring a trip to Cuba with Essdras Nov 22 and $100 is discounted to donate to the SSCC.  

Catherine will introduce the Board Members before meetings and let each tell our members what they do and how others can contribute.

Pete will research Zoom’s capacity to poll for feedback during meetings. This could also be used for a people’s choice award.
