The following schedule was created in Excel to assist you in creating your own personal schedule of activities. In particular, if you sign up for the tours (highly recommended) you will find that there are conflicts with other activities. Having a view that highlights the conflicts can help you pick your tours.
The following is a graphical view of the schedule. It is current as of April 29, 2021, and only includes the fun stuff, i.e. the presentations, workshops, gallery shows, and tours. This does not include the various PSA leadership meetings, award ceremonies, etc.
The schedule is organized by day (see the tabs at the bottom of the page). Within a particular day you’ll see the time of day down the first column. The columns are organized by hotel conference room name (or as a tour). I’ve color-coded the various types of activities. Yellow are the time widows for signing in for the conference and collecting your name badge and conference documents. Dark orange are presentations and workshops. Green are gallery shows. Blue are tours. Gold is the Opening Ceremony and the New Members Reception.
I just dumped the Saturday schedule on the last page without organizing it. It is mostly leadership meetings, awards, and the Honors banquet.
