Fifteen board members and one guest attended this Zoom conference call.

Committee Chair Reports:

Treasurer: Bruce’s proposed budget was accepted with a projected income of $3,490 and projected expenses of $3,454.  This projection did include $1,000 for rent and fewer memberships. 

Vice President: Dennis gave an informative presentation of credit card processing as an option for processing membership dues. The best options were to open a PayPal account and Stripe. Michael Koren will help Dennis set this up as he did for MPA.

Other Reports:

Website, Meetup, Facebook, Twitter:  The Church address will be taken off our website.

Competition: We have mentioned the need for a back-up moderator for our competition nights in the CR. It was decided instead of allowing additional images for current entrants, we would like to have more participants. We are opening up a beginners’ competition level. This will be open for anyone who is a novice, but has not earned a ribbon.  There will be no points associated with this level. 

Membership: To make it easier for members and guests to participate, we will have one recurring Zoom invitation reoccurring for the rest of our meeting times. Catherine will send that out. This will allow members to keep a copy handy on their desktop and allow guests to log on at any point. 

Other Topics: 

Larry volunteered to pick up the items still at the Church. 

It was decided to move forward with both insurance policies. Catherine will get them reissued with corrected dates.
