To shoot: Hundreds of people in weird medieval costumes, all of who love to have their picture taken; jousting, archery, jugglers, street entertainment, Shakespeare type stage productions,  and general bacchanalia.

Food: enough to gain 10 pounds.

Meet:  0800 Giant to carpool, or meet us there at 0900.  Park is at

9200 Old Dominion Dr. McLean, VA 22102

From I-495, take exit 44 for route 193 west; continue 4 miles. Turn right on Old Dominion Drive.

To Shoot: Great Falls! (pun intended).  Great scenic waterfalls and river, kayakers, herons, woods, etc. https://www.nps.gov/grfa/index.htm

Gear possibilities: Tripod & neutral density filters for “silky” water.  Circular Polarizer.  Telephoto to catch herons or kayakers.

Food: Suggestions Welcome*
