Lynford Morton

Lynford Morton has been extended an invitation to spend a Thursday evening with us and to share his unique photographic experiences.  Before I introduce him, I want to thank Bruce and Renee Schaefer for introducing us to Lynford.  They have travelled on several local excursions with him to Barrick Row and Eastern Market, have attended several Meetups in Washington he has hosted, participated in his teaching webinars, and are loyal listeners to his weekly podcasts.

Through photography, Lynford provides copywriting and visual storytelling for content marketers.

He runs a photography coaching business using content marketing principles.  He helps entrepreneurs and professional communicators use their photos in social media and marketing campaigns to build stronger brands.  His marketing mantra says, “We are building a community of enthusiasts who are learning to be better photographers.”

He is the founder of Shutterbug Life, a weekly photography lifestyle podcast and blog.  He hosts photography Meetup groups in Washington DC and New York City and photo tours in Washington, New York and New Orleans.  Through Shutterbug Life he also offers a Shutterbug Mentoring Club, an online membership community.  His coaching responsibilities include motivating and inspiring others to be creative photographers.
